A realistic and parametric cafeteria table.

Object parameters include:

> choose the table size from four pre-set sizes: 4’, 8’, 10’, or 12’. Height is set to 30”.
> choose ""open"" or ""folded"" configuration for the 8’, 10’, and 12’ sizes.
> choose seat style (bench or stool)
> choose seat height (15” or 17”)
> choose materials fortabletop, table underside, seat edge, rubber foot, leg, caster, and general metal.
